Leah Class has been practicing bodywork since 2006, and is a Certified Massage Therapist with the California Massage Therapy Council and a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist™ through the Stretch to Win Institute. After completing a Bachelors and Masters degree in biology, she met her first bodywork teachers while working at a retreat center in New York, and attended the Arizona School of Massage Therapy soon after. Her collegiate background in anatomy and physiology, and a fascination with Thai massage, movement, and travel prompted her to pursue further education around the world. She integrates an extensive knowledge of therapeutic bodywork with movement-based systems such as Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST™) and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) into sessions aimed at reducing tension, increasing range of motion and joint function, and bringing awareness of the body to each client. Leah has a background in trail running and strength training, and shares a healthy obsession with sunshine and handstands.
